So i decided to re-install dota. now, when i try to download it from scratch it says prepare to launch, and doesn't progress any further. sometimes after 10 minutes it will say connection time-out. another weird thing is that if i try to stop update, it keeps saying download stopping... and it does that until i kill steam.exe in the.
